Where we ship

Calmcap currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US typically takes 11–14 business days after your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show movement while the parcel is in transit.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as lost, contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
